I wish to gather a selection of quotes/little stories, poems or love notes from friends, family and those who inspire me... to bring to Creativitea Time for You workshops... and beyond.

Need some help to come up with something?...

CREATIVITEA TIME FOR YOU:
  • Share a little story/moment you have a deep inner knowing experience about, that has touched you.. held you, healed you in your life.
  • Something that helped you be in your body, and or to be in the present moment.
  • How creativity holds a place for you that reachs in and heals a part of you that is within your reach.
  • Or how gentle time alone, a warm beverage, a blanket.. a book...
  • where are the places or time you meet yourself where you are... and listen.
GRIEF AND GRACE BECOME YOU
  • An experience of grief or loss that you may have alchemised from your deepest pain into a vein of gold that runs the length of the rest of your life.
  • A loss that taught you how to know something for sure, or
  • A loss that taught you how 'to not know' something, that you want to pass on to others.
  • Perhaps, a love note you deeply wish you received at your time of grief.
Sometimes the best way i come up with close to my heart things is in my morning pages... the conversations and out pouring on the page that I do each morning... sometimes I write for just a short time... other times a little longer.  

You could ask yourself a question:
  • What is something I'd really love to share with others?
  • Inner wise self, what do I have to share about for this?
  • What has made me feel more ok to be me in my life?
  • When I think of this project... what comes to mind...?
  • If I was sitting in a workshop feeling a bit odd 'in myself', what is something I would love to receive to touch my heart and help me breath a little more calmly?
  • When I felt deep grief for a loss, this helped me: . . .

I’ve always been a seeker… of information and in my case artful knowledge and spiritual tools/understanding. What I’m realising now in my fifties, is to remind myself I am also a finder. 
​Because to continuously seek outwardly is not restful, it can be exhausting. To acknowledge the things I find that resonate with my inner knowing at this time. That is where the sweet spot is.
