Day 2 of 30 : 30 Days in June

I did other work today including learning about e-course creation which I'm committed to learning about this year. Also a live tele-class this morning with one of my favourite Soul inspiring teachers Michele Meiche.
No excuses though… works in progress are nothing to sneeze at. I'm all about the gentle encouragement… including towards myself these days. Adding a lady.. maybe a Magdalene? to that little one on wood from yesterday, re-working the blue 'inner healer' with the raven/crow behind. The art journal page was an ispiration by

I love the way you collage your work to put on our Join Us in June for 30:30 Facebook page. It really stands out.

Haven't we got a great variety of creativity showing up? More people are coming out of the woodwork too. Did I tell you that next June I'm going to try to get someone to have a website especially for this? I hope the administrator will upload everyone's work and manage the Facebook page too. I think the idea will grow and we (as founding inaugural members) will have helped creativity. Lovely thought :-)

I think your upload yesterday got a bit lost as a reply to my comment. I don't know how to advise anyone about how to do the Facebook thingees but would you be able to repost it like you did Day 1?

Sorry, that last post went before I was finished. Not that I've got anything else to say except that it seems rude to not close with something polite.

It's 20 to 10 and it's freezing! Very sunny though so I suppose my fingers will warm up enough to paint soon. Well that's my excuse for procrastinating so far ...

Oh Ruth,
You're such a delight. I'll happily re-post.. I was not overly proud of yesterday's 'efforts' but am committed to 'showing up' … and the pretty collage's are made possible by iPhoto.. on iMac.. you just select the pictures and click 'email' and they give a bunch of options for you to send them in… this one is 'notice board' which i like for it's casual snippets … good for hiding a multitude of my not very extraordinary art.. but - self acceptance for what is, very rewarding.
Ohhhh it's blue sky and sunshiney here! I am spoiled.. Queensland is having one of its mildest winters I've ever enjoyed at the moment (it's only just started.. but temp's are warm, I see people are out in shorts a lot.)
